Freediving World Record Holder Calls for Better Protection

New Zealander William Trubridge feels a connection with Hector's and Maui's dolphins. Hector's dolphins are the world's smallest and most endangered dolphin and one of its two subspecies, the Maui's dolphin, has a population of less than 80. William joined forces with German conservation group, NABU International - Foundation for Nature in their campaign to stop their extinction. 'Their numbers are dwindling towards extinction, mostly due to gill nets and trawlers.' Everyone is urged to do their bit by signing a petition to the New Zealand government and by joining the facebook group Hector's and Maui's Dolphin SOS.  Visit here for more information:
