New Zealand’s first doctor specialising in medical issues relating to diving has recently graduated from The University of Auckland.

Dr Sandy Inglis is to work at Christchurch Hospital’s Hyperbaric Medicine Unit, which is one of only two units in the country equipped to treat scuba divers suffering from the bends.
