Shark too close for comfort!

Australian underwater cameraman John Harding was steering a inflatable dinghy following a tiger shark which filmmaker Ben Cropp was filming near Batt Reef off Port Douglas north Queensland in late September Harding said, ‘All of a sudden this bloody great head came out of the water and latched on to the side pontoon of the dingy’ As half of the air escaped from the dinghy the shark slid back into the water threatening to drag the dinghy under! A near by boat came to their rescue. Did Ben get the action on video? Unfortunately not, the camera was not working. John is not prepared to repeat the performance!
